Safety equipment with laminar flow clean air current to protect your product from air-borne contamination arising from the surroundings and the working procedure. Harmful aerosols and solvent vapours or aromatics with intensive odours generated in the cabinet are effectively removed by adsorption to protect personnel and surroundings.
The air quality complies with:
Video - Flow simulation:
Laminar flow is a smooth unidirectional current of ultra clean filtered air flowing at a constant velocity. This air flows vertically through the whole CLEAN working area and carries all air-borne contamination arising from the work to the air-intake slots at the back and front edges of the table. To protect personnel, air outside the cabinet is drawn into the front slot to form an air barrier which isolates the personnel from the working area and prevents the escape of dangerous substances. All the air is then drawn into the return air duct through a fine filter or filter with activated charcoal by the quietly running radial ventilator and then forced through the HEPA filter. A part of the circulating air is continually replaced by the incoming air and equals the amount of exhaust air. The cycle starts again.
Important for the proper function of the laminar flow equipment is the permanent and air-tight seating of the HEPA filter. We achieve this by means of an assembly system which is certified by the state authorities for use in nuclear plants.
Our laminar flow equipment complies with:
Air-tight seating of the HEPA filter is guaranteed.
