Ventilation and conditioning of a clean room with a defined periphery and a continual air current from a surrounding clean zone into the clean room.
Air is drawn from the outside, conditioned and passed into the sterile corridor through HEPA filters. Part of the air in the sterile corridor flows through the clean-room to the air withdrawal area, the rest flows through all other openings to the outside. This prevents the uncontrolled entry and release of air-borne contamination.
